📦 Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

📝 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@luxstitch.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address (if eligible).

  3. Ship the item back within 5 days after receiving instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
