📝 How to Request a Return

Email us at support@luxstitch.store with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address (if eligible).

Ship the item back within 5 days after receiving instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
